- Groups are welcome by appointment Monday-Friday, 11:15-5:45. Private tour times are also available Thursday evenings.
- Minimum group size is 10. Group leaders are admitted free. Groups larger than 20 will be divided and charged as separate groups of 10-20, and will be assigned their own docents. (Minimum group size is 20 for the Afternoon Sweets Package.)
- Guided tours are not given on Saturday or Sunday. The Museum is closed Wednesdays, major Jewish holidays, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day and Thanksgiving Day. For more information about the museum's hours click here.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit per reservation is required by credit card or check to confirm the reservation. This deposit will be applied to the final balance which is due at least two weeks in advance of your visit. Refunds will only be given with cancellations at least 3 business days in advance of your reservation.
