Important Notes

  • Please understand that submitting a request for a visit is not a confirmation of your reservation.

  • The Scheduling Coordinator will process each request in the order received.

  • A confirmation packet with a reservation number will be sent when the visit is scheduled by the Scheduling Coordinator.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm this reservation, and the balance is required within two weeks of the visit.

  • The Museum requires scheduling a visit at least 1 month in advance.

  • Special offers and discounts must be mentioned at the time of reservation.
