The Jewish Museum in now accepting applications for the 2012/2013 Teen Internship Program!
The Teen Intern Program is an eight-month commitment for students entering grades 9 through 12. After participating in a spring training program, interns will begin volunteering in the fall for a minimum of three Sundays each semester: engaging families with hands-on art activities, preparing materials for upcoming programs, and reading stories in the Museum’s galleries. Interns will also assist staff members with special family performances. Participants in the Teen Intern Program may also fulfill community service hours or internship requirements.
Students must apply to participate, and if accepted, are required to attend all training sessions at The Jewish Museum on selected Sunday afternoons.
