Jane R. Becker, Ph.D., is an independent art historian specializing in late nineteenth- and early twentieth-century European painting and sculpture. She lectures at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art, New York and has published on academic and impressionist artists.

Stephen Brown, Ph.D, curator of the exhibition Edouard Vuillard: A Painter & His Muses. He has worked on several exhibitions for The Jewish Museum including Action/Abstraction and The Dreyfus Affair: Art, Truth, and Justice.
