Café Weissman is proud to offer innovative kosher cuisine prepared by Foremost Glatt Kosher Caterers. Randy Zablo, his wife Angela Zablo and Jeffrey Becker, co-owners of Foremost, are known throughout the eastern United States as fine designers of creative kosher cuisine, serving an exquisite selection of delicious salads, pasta dishes, desserts, and beverages.

Café Weissman is located on the lower level of The Jewish Museum and is open during Museum hours.

Designed by noted architect Kevin Roche, the Café features stained glass windows specially created by artist Susan Stinsmuehlen-Amend. Food and drink, as well as aspects of learning and natural phenomena are represented in the windows.
