School Tours Reservation Form for K-12 School Groups

Important Notes

  • Please understand that submitting a request for a visit is not a confirmation of your reservation.
  • Requests will processed in the order received.
  • A confirmation packet with a reservation number will be sent when the visit is scheduled by the Scheduling Coordinator.
  • Payment is required at least two weeks in advance of your visit to the Museum.
  • We require scheduling at least 1 month in advance.
  • Teachers are asked to submit a separate form for each classroom.
  • Your email address will be added to our enews.
