Kick off the New Year by creating a handmade holiday treasure in our inaugural Drop-In Art Workshop for the fall season. While here on a “Second Sunday,” discover artifacts in our simulated archaeological dig from noon to 3:00 pm.

Design a colorful shaker mobile using fabric, tubes, handmade papers, raffia, wire and more. Hang it in a sukkah or shake it like a musical instrument.

The great Houdini inspired many artists—and now it’s your turn! Come to the Museum over winter break and design your own whimsical work of art inspired by Houdini: Art and Magic. Enter the world of this extraordinary magician and escape artist and hunt for intriguing works of art.
4th Annual Really Rosie to The Muppet Show

Ages 3 to 9
Enjoy an afternoon of classic family films and television episodes. See Maurice Sendak’s spunky heroine Really Rosie sachet across the big screen and listen to the loveable Kermit and Miss Piggy sing their hearts out. Snacks provided during intermission.
